This is our most requested service and includes all of the let only and rent collection benefits with the reassurance of a comprehensive full management programme. This gives our landlords piece of mind that all aspects of the tenancy are being looked after.

Deposit Protection Service
The deposit protection service is a custodial scheme where the landlord submits the deposit free of charge to the scheme and is funded entirely by the interest earned from deposits held in the scheme. The DPS charges a protection fee and the landlord holds onto the deposit for the duration of the tenancy.
Client Money Protection
The client money protection is a service put in place to protect clients funds held by the property agent and other professionals to give you peace of mind.
